Watch! Vendée Globe / Oak Class

As part of their IPC project, the students of Oak class followed the Vendée Globe sailing race. They tracked the competitors progress around the world and learnt lots by asking, and then finding answers to questions like; "Why do boats float?" and "How do sailors know where they are going?"

Inspired by sailors in the race, the students asked themselves what inspiring things they would like to do! In the second half of the video, watch the students talk openly about their personal goals for the future.

As with most projects at Forest International School, the video was written, filmed and directed in large part by the students themselves. All the speaking parts you will see are the students own words, we're very proud of them!
